Gary Day netted four times in front of a packed new stand at South Newsham as Blyth Town signalled their intent with a nine-goal blast against Ashington Colliers.

Ian Herron, David Brown - against his old club - Zak Atkinson, Jason Ritchie and Robbie Nolan added the others as Town turned on the style.
